Quality Inn New Orleans I-10 East

Everything was simply excellent. The amiable staff gave us a nice welcome. The location of the hotel was marvellous, in a safe area. Further, it was close to downtown and also outlying areas, the center of things, and good shopping locations.

the place was fairly clean and we loved king room. the location was marvellous, near the airport area and cruise ships. moreover, it was 4.4e+02 km from camping levesque.

Early check-in, brand-new rooms with an air purifier as well as kitchenette. Convenient location when traveling to New Orleans.

I had a fairly nice stay. Clean and original hotel with easy location right next to the highway, just what I needed. The staff were amiable and the pool was nice. Location: the venue was right by the center of New Orleans, New Orleans, walls.

There is very little I liked about Days Inn N.O.East, and very much I disliked about it. They did not have the room I reserved (Deluxe King) and I was not told so. Instead the girl checked me in, taking my money (cash) and gave me a set of keys to a disabled room, which was not acceptable nor clean. When confronted, and a refund requested, I was told that my reservation did say Deluxe King and that there was no Deluxe Kings available and that I could not get a refund. After refusing to give my money back, I was given a Double room they called a Deluxe, it too was not very clean, and unacceptable. Since I was not able to get my refund I had to endure. I was charged the price of a King Deluxe but given a Standard Double. The desk clerk was very rude and uncooperative in assisting me with my reservation. She showed no compassion or concern for the problem at hand. The next day, the room was not serviced or towels refreshed. I called Booked.net and informed you of this incident and my dissatification. I feel that management showed no business sense, not willing to work with the customer to resolve the issue. Mr. Danny Nuygen, (general manager) when informed did not display any time of customer care, and was determined to uphold the no refund policy, or no adjustment in the price of the room. Upon checking out, the guest that were in line all complained of some type of dissatification and inconvenience. Botton line, I will never book again this facility and will make sure all my friends and relative know not to book there either. I'm strongly considering writting the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter. Do not be fooled, the pictures displayed online when booking are not the same as the actual rooms, they are far less attractive. Do not book is my best opinion and hope you would review other rating of this hotel and consider changing the "Star" rating to less then"ONE". This is my opinion, not a complaint.

The room we booked (Deluxe King) was not available. We ended up in a two double bed deluxe which was not what we booked or wanted. Roaches in the rooms (dead and alive). Curtains were not able to be fully closed (broken) and the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly. We booked a smoking room and there were no ash trays available. We only had one small trash can in the room.

The location, the price, the cleanliness, and how friendly the employees were.

Nothing, I loved everything.

It was a little comfortable

Bathtub had red stuff in it and did not come clean. Light bulb was in the bathroom was out and in the bedroom. The second room did not have any lights.

I didn't like none of it at all there

The room carpet nasty. Bed covers nasty. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Got very noisy by a young crowd on Friday night. And i could see under the door to my room. If i were with my gf we would not have stayed there.

The room was mostly clean and updated, nice, but the pillows were weirdly small. The air conditioning leaked a lot, but I could deal with that. A decent room for the price, but definitely showed some wear. The breakfast was nice, too, so that was a plus.

Close to New Orleans area of attractions

The bathroom in the hotel was leaking all over the floor, there was bowel movement in the toilet omg, the phone didn't won't work, ice machines all over the hotel was broke, and there is a club next door that was loud all night couldn't get much rest with the noise. Travelers beware not to wasted your time or money here even if it have rooms available during big holidays or moments. I would never sleep or spend my money here again. :(

The room is dirty. The carpet and sheet are dirty, too. I find a cockroach in the room.

The lobby was bright and cute. The outdoor pool provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for winding down after our daily adventures. The staff were kind and attentive.
